To lose your weight, follow the following steps

  • Decide how much weight you need to lose Calculate your desired weight against your height by using reliable methods like the BMI, and set a healthy weight loss target.
  • Start your day with lemon juice and honey in lukewarm water; this helps your body to get rid of harmful acids produced by the body.
  • Eat healthy home cooked meals: Use less oil, low salt &  fresh produce
